Olayemi Soniran
Olayemi Soniran is a seasoned health and social care professional, Senior Care Manager, qualified assessor, and trainer with over 16 years of hands-on experience across frontline care, leadership, training, assessment, and consultancy. She began her career as a frontline care worker, where real-life practice shaped her deep understanding of person-centred care, dignity, compassion, and the everyday realities faced by care professionals.
Over the years, Olayemi has gained extensive experience across a wide range of care settings, including residential care homes, nursing homes, assisted living services, and end-of-life care within both private and public sector organisations. Through continuous professional development, leadership experience, and recognised qualifications, she progressed into senior leadership, training, assessment, and consultancy roles.
Throughout her career, she has developed strong expertise in care management, workforce development, compliance, staff training, and professional mentoring, with a passion for delivering high-quality care and supporting teams to achieve excellence in practice.
Today, as the CEO of SEL Care Services Ltd, Olayemi is committed to empowering carers, new entrants, and care organisations through practical training, career development, compliance-focused support, and person-centred care solutions.
