Olayemi Soniran
Olayemi Soniran is a seasoned health and social care professional with over 16 years of hands-on experience across frontline care, leadership, training, and assessment. Her journey began as a carer, where real-life practice shaped her deep understanding of person-centred care, dignity, and the realities faced by care professionals every day.
Through continuous learning, leadership roles, and recognised qualifications, Olayemi progressed into training, assessment, and consultancy—supporting individuals and organisations to meet standards, grow competence, and build sustainable care services. Today, as the CEO of SEL Care Services Ltd, she is passionate about empowering carers, new entrants, and care organisations through practical training, career development, and compliance-focused support. Her work bridges experience with excellence—turning knowledge into impact and careers into purpose.
